XTraN Secure Taxi has been specifically developed for managing taxi fleets, allowing services to be planned and distributed with greater speed and efficiency. This is possible by being able to know which vehicles are closest to a particular location, as well as their status (busy, in pause, at a taxi rank, free, etc.).

Information exchanged between the Control Centre and the taxi fleet also helps to manage maintenance schedules and reduce operating costs.

In case of assault or other danger, the driver need only press a hidden alarm button, to signal an alarm at the control centre, together with the vehicle’s current geographical location, allowing a fast emergency service response.

XTraN Secure Taxi also provides for the connection of POS (Point Of Sale) terminals allowing payment by debit or credit cards. This leads to a reduction in the quantity of cash carried in the vehicle with consequent increase in security.
