The 1st Portuguese Road Congress, held in November 2002, brought together a wide range of experts and institutions involved in road transport, creating an excellent opportunity for the discussion of the subject of road transport quality at the turn of the century.

Two years on, CRP, in cooperation with their members, plan to continue this initiative, by widening the invitation to the technical and scientific community to discuss the important aspect of road safety, as well as other equally important themes, such as the Environment, Security, Quality, Finance, Conservation, Construction, Structures and the Public Works market.

Tecmic was invited to present at this event a lecture entitled "Fleet Management Systems and the Management of Personnel", whose aim was to explain how these technologies can increase productivity of human and material resources involved in roadside assistance activities.
